8000TL Portable Truck and SUV Lift System
The QuickJack 8000TL is the most powerful standard-length portable lift in our lineup, now capable of raising up to 8,000 lbs. With a 24.25-inch lift height and a reinforced frame design, it’s purpose-built for safely lifting light-duty trucks, SUVs, and passenger vehicles with higher curb weights. Add the optional Truck & SUV Adapter Kit to reach an impressive 27″ lifting height—perfect for vehicles with extra ground clearance.
Engineered with a completely redesigned electric/hydraulic power unit, the 8000TL ensures both frames rise and lower in perfect unison thanks to its pressure-compensated flow divider and independent shut-off solenoids. Reinforced cross members, improved weld geometry, and upgraded pivot joints provide added strength and rigidity for consistent performance under load. All of this power still fits in a compact 3.5-inch collapsed profile, maintaining the versatility and portability QuickJack is known for.
Whether you’re a DIYer with a heavy-duty weekend project or a professional tech working in tight shop conditions, the 8000TL delivers the muscle and mobility to get the job done without compromise.
What’s improved on the NEW TL Models vs. previous TL Models?
The 8000TL offers a 1,000-lb. capacity increase over the 7000TL and includes major upgrades to the hydraulic system and structural components. Despite the extra power, it retains the low-profile 3.5-inch collapsed height for easy storage and use in compact spaces. The minimum lift point spread remains at 37″, with the frame length set at 70.75″.
Features
Automatic safety locks
The 8000TL includes dual-position automatic safety locks that engage securely as the frames rise, locking in at both mid-rise and full-rise heights. To release, simply flip the lock bar for a safe, controlled descent—no pin setting or guesswork required.
Heavy-duty lifting power
With a rated 8,000-lb. capacity and 24.25-inch lift height, the 8000TL is built to handle larger vehicles, including SUVs and light-duty trucks. It’s the most powerful standard-length portable lift in the QuickJack lineup, giving you extra strength without added bulk.
Upgraded hydraulic system
The redesigned power unit features a pressure-compensated flow divider and independent shut-off solenoids. These ensure both frames lift in perfect unison and remain balanced even if you stop mid-cycle—critical for heavier vehicles.
Stronger frame, smarter design
Thicker cross members, improved welds, and reinforced pivot points enhance the overall rigidity of the lift structure. These structural upgrades reduce flex, improve alignment, and ensure long-term durability under repeated use.
One-handed pendant control
QuickJack’s pendant-style controller allows you to raise and lower the lift with one hand—no manual effort, no cranking. Keep your other hand free to guide vehicle positioning or perform quick checks during lifting.
Factory preassembled hydraulics
Each 8000TL arrives with its hydraulic system fully preassembled at the factory. That means faster setup, no complex connections, and guaranteed performance right out of the box. Just plug in and lift.
Portable and easy to store
Despite its added strength, the 8000TL still lowers to a slim 3.5-inch profile. Integrated urethane wheels let you roll the lift around your garage or shop effortlessly, making storage a breeze between uses.
Accessories to increase versatility
The 8000TL is compatible with a wide range of QuickJack accessories, including SUV/truck adapters, pinch-weld blocks, and frame extensions. Customize your lift setup to match your garage, vehicle, and job requirements.
