Go Manual and Control Your Bends<\/h3>\n

The BB-2 offers outstanding performance and simple operation. BendPak took their standard bender and equipped it with a knee valve and degree plate combination for a straightforward, rugged design that won\u2019t let you down. Thanks to the knee operated valve, you\u2019ll have precise control as well as hands-free bending capabilities. All you\u2019ll need to do is push the lever to the left to advance the bending die, and then to the right to retract it. Heavy-duty cast iron construction guarantees that the valve will be able to stand up to years of heavy use.<\/p>\n

Quick-change bending dies<\/h3>\n

No one likes wasting time, especially when you may have a car in the air with others lined up. BendPak\u2019s twist-lock tooling and quick-change bending dies are so effective that you\u2019ll wonder how you ever worked without them.<\/p>\n

180\u00b0 bending capacity<\/h3>\n

BendPak has designed this bender for the shop that needs a bender with an extremely deep bending capability, and they believe that their U-shaped design is up to the task. Just make sure to ask for their 180\u00b0 dies if you\u2019re planning to bend more than 170\u00b0. This bender will deliver perfect, deep bends on a 5\u201d radius, without pipe sticking or hang-ups. That\u2019s because BendPak utilizes an exclusive relief cut design on their bending dies which help maintain the pipe\u2019s uniformity throughout the bend cycle and eliminate excessive crimping or deformation.<\/p>\n

3″ bending capacity with die kit<\/h3>\n

Every BendPak bender includes a convenient 3\u201d bending capacity. Their 3\u201d bending dies are anything but average. They use an exclusive step-cut process for the die rails. BendPak uses better-contained, larger-sized tubing for a more uniform bend. Although this is technically a bender, it\u2019s still capable of expanding and flaring too! You\u2019re also able to choose from a full range of exclusive dies.<\/p>\n

Long-stroke bending cylinder<\/h3>\n

Since every BendPak bender is equipped with an extended-top cylinder, you won\u2019t need to use pusher block extensions when bending with small-radius dies. Also, the 14\u201d top-cylinder can be retracted further, providing additional clearance for changing dies or removing bent tubing.<\/p>\n

Clampless swager<\/h3>\n

All of BendPak’s benders are equipped with their exclusive clampless swager, which puts out an incredible force of over 30,000 lbs. for a quick and precise end forming. The clampless swager is able to provide you with quick set-up times as well as a high-degree of accuracy for I.D. expansions, O.D. expansions, slip-fits, flares, ball-joints, reductions, and manifold flanges. All tooling is quick release. When you examine BendPak\u2019s clamp assembly you\u2019ll notice that you won\u2019t be able to find a cumbersome, antiquated vise within their clamp assembly. Instead, you\u2019ll find narrow-hinged collars which can simply drop into position and allow for flare tubing ends as close as 3\u201d from a bend. You won\u2019t have to worry about troublesome slippage either. The more pressure you put on the clamps, the tighter they\u2019ll grip.<\/p>\n

Internal segment expander<\/h3>\n

BendPak\u2019s internal segment expander is just as unique as their clampless swager, and can be used for I.D. expansions, O.D. expansions, slip-fits, flares, ball-joints, and manifold flanges. The BB-2\u2019s buttress canister has a single position setting for all I.D. expansions, but it can also be adjusted for special sizing requirements. A single arbor is utilized for all tubing sizes 1.5\u201d-3\u201d. Combined, the clampless swager and internal expander will allow you to easily perform all end-finishing operations with unparalleled ease: reducing, internal swaging, flares, flat flares, ball-joints, male ball-joints, female sockets, double-donut flares and more. The manual Blue-Bullet is equipped with a double-ended cylinder for both the clampless swager and segment expander. You\u2019ll be able to stand comfortably in one location and operate both sides thanks to the single control handle.
